Responsibility for one of the most sensitive sites in the pharmaceutical world
Teva API is a leading international supplier of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). Its broadest portfolio contains more than 400 products. View the website.
Being in charge of one of the largest and most important websites in the pharmaceutical world is a big responsibility for us. Also, the presence of a catalog combining hundreds of products with complicated integrations made the website quite a challenge.
We created a very in-depth technological characterization that required a lot of details. We planned a suitable code architecture for the challenge as well as a very aggressive QA, which made the site go live quietly.
A carefully planned technological characterization
When a new website requires development only, we are very sensitive to how it should be built. That’s why we bring all of the essential people into the room—Teva’s stakeholders, SEO manager, CTO, project manager, and other relevant individuals help make sure the website gets the appropriate attitude.
Developing websites using Agile sprints
One of the most important methods we use as part of our development process is to create websites in Agile mode; sprints are one of the options to present the customer results (programmed pages) and get quick feedback before moving to the QA stage.
Accompanying the customer on launch day
We deployed everything to a central server in Teva’s environment to ensure everything was working correctly before the DNS was changed. Following that verification, we uploaded everything to the main domain and checked that all functions were working as needed.
